By using the Smart Karigar website and applications, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Platform role
Smart Karigar connects customers with independent service professionals (karigars). Professionals are responsible for the quality and legality of their work.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information. Karigars may be required to complete identity verification. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Bookings & payments
Job terms are agreed between customer and karigar through bids. Payment confirmation in-app records settlement; additional payment methods may be introduced later.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, harass users, submit fraudulent bids or reviews, or attempt unauthorized access.
